Seeking "Best Fit" Football Assistant

As we make the jump to 6A, our T3 program (Tough, Trustworthy, Team) is looking for a high-impact coach and educator to join our family. We aren't just filling a slot; we are looking for the right person to help us evolve.

The Financials:

• Base Salary (Year 1): $60,949

• Football Stipend: $7,000

• SPED Inclusion Stipend: $1,500 – $2,000

• Teaching Fields: Social Studies, English, SPED, Science, Math.

Who You Are:

• The "Best Fit": We have a versatile staff. While we could use a LB or QB specialist, we are willing to move pieces for the right candidate.

• The Modern Mindset: Have a "Spread" background? We aren't changing our identity, but we want someone who can integrate modern production concepts into what we do.

• T3 Mindset: You must be Tough (mental/physical), Trustworthy (character-first), and Team (service-oriented).
