Commerce Middle School – Commerce ISD
Commerce ISD is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven educator to serve as a Middle School Boys Coach at Commerce Middle School. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing young student-athletes through leadership, discipline, accountability, and character while helping build a strong foundation for Commerce Athletics.
Teaching field preferred: History, Math, or CTE certification
Primary Responsibilities
Coach and supervise middle school boys athletics
Teach and develop fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and work ethic
Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and athletic skill development
Help create a positive and disciplined athletic culture aligned with Commerce ISD expectations
Build strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, staff, and community members
