Varsity Offensive Line Coach – Greenville High School (TX)
Greenville High School is seeking a high-energy Varsity Offensive Line Coach to develop a physical, disciplined, and cohesive unit within a multiple pro-style offense . The ideal candidate is a strong teacher of fundamentals, a motivator, and a culture builder.
Responsibilities:
Coach and develop offensive line fundamentals (stance, footwork, leverage, hand placement)
Teach run schemes (zone, gap, power, counter) and pass protections
Build toughness, accountability, and unit cohesion
Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and film breakdown
Mentor student-athletes in character, leadership, and academics
Qualifications:
OL coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of offensive line play and fundamentals
