The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity. The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach. Our baseball program has been to the State Tournament the last 3 years. We are Back to Back State Champions in baseball. Our Basketball program played for the Regional Championship this year. Forney HS Football is looking to add an offensive skill position coach (WRs, RBs, or TEs) to our coaching staff. We have been to the playoffs in 5 consecutive years including a state semifinal run in 2023. FISD Salary is highly competitive and can be found on the website. Stipends for football and 2nd sport are also highly competitive. 2nd sport could be track, baseball, or wrestling.
