The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of a disciplined, physical, and fundamentally sound defensive system while investing in the growth of student-athletes both on and off the field. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. We run a multiple spread offense out of multiple personnel groups with zone and gap scheme runs, RPOs for those runs, screens, quick game, sprint out, and drop back.
