Position Overview
North Lamar is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven educator to join our athletic and academic team as an Assistant Football Coach with a second sport assignment (basketball, track). This individual will play a vital role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, while contributing to a positive, competitive, and student-centered culture. We have 2 Football coaching positions available. We are in need of a CO-OC with a background in QB's and a RB or WR Coach. Teaching fields are DAEP!! ... and Math :)
Coaching Responsibilities
Serve as an Assistant Football Coach (offense preferred)
Demonstrate mastery of position-specific fundamentals and player development
Plan, organize, and execute daily practices with attention to detail and efficiency
Build strong, positive relationships with student-athletes, coaches, and parents
Promote accountability, discipline, and team culture aligned with program values
