Major Responsibilities and Duties :   1.      Assist the Athletic Director in coordinating the competitive sports program at the assigned high school. 2.      Support all phases of the athletic program and encourage athletes to participate in every sport in which they have talent and interest. 3.      Be responsible for ensuring that all rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies of TEA, UIL, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD are followed at his/her campus. 4.      Assist the athletic department, Human Resources department, and principal in recruiting and interviewing coaching personnel and follow required district personnel procedures to fill vacancies on the coaching staff at the high school. 5.      Evaluate head coaches in each sport, athletic trainers, and all assistant football coaches and approve the evaluations of all other assistant coaches by their head coach and ensure that the evaluation process is conducted according to C-FB ISD...

Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for a football defensive assistant (best fit) with at least 3 years of experience in high school football.
