Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cross Country Coach with an open teaching position for the 2026-2027 academic year at Tom Bean High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and education, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential both in athletics and academics. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cross country training program for student-athletes. 2. Monitor and enhance the performance of the cross country team, ensuring all athletes are given the opportunity to reach their full potential. 3. Maintain a safe and healthy training environment. 4. Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate the athletic program with other school activities. 5.
