We are looking for a JH History teacher and coach.  Coaches are paid for 11 months and stipends per sport. We also offer a $1200 CDL stipend.  VV is a growing district and competes in the 7-3AD2 district in football. We are in year 2 of a rebuild. 

Primary Coaching Responsibilities  Coach and develop student-athletes in the following girls athletic programs: Football Basketball Track & Field Responsibilities include: Planning and conducting practices and competitions Teaching fundamental and advanced athletic skills Promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and character development Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes Assisting with offseason strength and conditioning programs Coordinating with campus and district athletic staff Maintaining equipment and facilities Supporting the overall vision and goals of the Gainesville ISD athletic program Teaching Assignments Teaching field areas: History / Social Studies Careers (CTE) Elementary Physical Education Science
