Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for an energetic and knowledgeable QB coach. Prefer a coach with some coaching experience and at the very least, played QB at the college level. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. Look for a dynamic, student centered coach to take our program to the next level.  Our girls athletic participation numbers are growing and we are experiencing tremendous growth in our district.   Need someone who is a kid magnetic and willing to put in the time needed to grow the program.   We have tremendous support from the school and admin and need the right person dedicated to taking over a program that has had a history of success. Teaching field is open.
