Coupland ISD will open our new high school in the 2026-27 school year.  We are looking to expand our coaching staff to build our high school athletic program. We are seeking an experienced Offensive Line Coach / Possible CO-OC to join our high school football team. Familiarity with zone and gap offensive line schemes is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Offensive lineman, focusing on technique and strategy. Work with Assistant Oline Coach Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth.
