Seagoville High School is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven leader to serve as the Head Girls Basketball Coach. The ideal candidate will build a competitive program while developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the girls basketball program (Varsity, JV, Freshman)
Develop and implement a year-round program including offseason, strength & conditioning, and skill development
Establish and maintain a strong, positive program culture
Coordinate practice planning, game preparation, and player development
Hire, mentor, and evaluate assistant coaches
Monitor academic progress and promote academic success
Organize camps, clinics, and community engagement events
