Head Girls Basketball Coach

Seagoville High School is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven leader to serve as the Head Girls Basketball Coach. The ideal candidate will build a competitive program while developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the girls basketball program (Varsity, JV, Freshman)
  
  

• Develop and implement a year-round program including offseason, strength & conditioning, and skill development
  
  

• Establish and maintain a strong, positive program culture
  
  

• Coordinate practice planning, game preparation, and player development
  
  

• Hire, mentor, and evaluate assistant coaches
  
  

• Monitor academic progress and promote academic success
  
  

• Organize camps, clinics, and community engagement events
  
  

• Maintain compliance with UIL, district, and campus policies
  
  

• Build relationships with feeder programs and the local community
