Looking for a junior high coach full of energy and enthusiasm!  We want someone who loves children and wants to see them flourish and be successful! We only have a PE position open at this time, but might have others open later. Must coach 2 sports, but could coach three if you choose.

The will coach and develop student-athletes in the following girls athletic programs: Volleyball Basketball Track & Field Responsibilities include: Planning and conducting practices and competitions Teaching fundamental and advanced athletic skills Promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and character development Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes Assisting with offseason strength and conditioning programs Coordinating with campus and district athletic staff Maintaining equipment and facilities Supporting the overall vision and goals of the Gainesville ISD athletic program Teaching field areas: History / Social Studies Careers (CTE) Elementary Physical Education Science

Somerville High School is looking for a high energy, enthusiastic coach to help grow Yegua Athletics while serving as an Assistant Coach. The teaching field is English at the High School (11th / 12th Grade). Open Sports positions: 1st or 2nd Asst. Volleyball or 1st Asst. Girls Basketball 2nd Asst. Softball Somerville ISD is currently in the demo / construction phase of our bond. (Renovated Gym, Redone Baseball / Softball / Football Fields, field house at the stadium, new bathrooms / concessions at all fields) Somerville Independent School District is a rural, 2A school district located 30 miles southwest of College Station and 3 minutes from Lake Somerville, in beautiful Burleson County. We have approximately 540 students in our district which offers small class sizes. We are currently a two campus district: Elementary / Intermediate (K-7) and a High School (8-12) with High School athletics in the middle of the day and Junior High athletics at the end of the day....
