Big Spring High School (Class4A- Div II) is looking for dynamic and proven leaders to fill our coaching staff for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions will include a 2nd sport with the option for a 3rd sport depending on best fit. Sports could include: Football/ Basketball/ Track (M) (W)/ Baseball (Head) Compensation: $51630-$79220 per BSISD Pay Scale plus $1000 stipend for Masters Degree Coaching Stipends: Competitive Stipends per sport District pays $450 toward Health Insurance Teacher Incentive Allotment for qualified teachers in qualified subject areas Big Spring ISD is a District of Innovation.
