Olton ISD is seeking applicants for our next Head Baseball Coach. We are looking for a culture-builder and program leader committed to developing student-athletes on and off the field. The ideal candidate values relationships, accountability, and long-term program development while working within a unified athletic department. Teaching Field is currently open and will depend on fit. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL before the 2026-2027 year begins. Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for an energetic and knowledgeable QB coach and Pass Game Coordinator. Prefer a coach with some QB coaching experience or, at the very least, played QB at the college or high school level. Please apply also if you have a Pass Game Coordinator experience, even if you have not coached QBs. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs.
