Daingerfield is a DOI.  The Varsity Offensive Line Coach is responsible for developing and coaching student-athletes in all aspects of offensive line play, while supporting the overall goals of and philosophy of the football program. The coach will instruct proper techniques, promote discipline and accountability, assist the game planning, and help to build a competitive and positive team culture.  This person must be able to plan and implement a sound public school instructional program.  Must also communicate effectively with students, coworkers and patrons.  This person must keep informed of and comply with state, district, school, and UIL policies and regulations concerning primary job functions. + 15 days on contract and all associated stipends.  Contribution toward insurance from the school.
