Head Baseball / Asst TBD - PE Primary Purpose Provide leadership, organization, and instruction for the Hemphill High School baseball program. Develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while promoting sportsmanship, character, discipline, and a culture of excellence. Coordinate all aspects of the baseball program from junior varsity through varsity levels to ensure long-term program success. Reports To Athletic Director / Campus Principal. Hemphill ISD's athletic program is overseen by Athletic Director Nathan Byerly. Qualifications Valid Texas Teaching Certificate CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred Previous coaching experience in baseball Knowledge of UIL rules and regulations Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to develop positive relationships with athletes, parents, staff, and community members
