Highland Park High School is hiring for a new head varsity baseball coach. The HP Baseball program is one of the premier programs in Texas. 3- 5 years of head coaching experience is preferred. The teaching assignment is core subject areas.

Position Summary The head coach manages the high school baseball program. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Head Coach plan and lead all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players. Monitor players’ academic progress and eligibility. Ensure adherence to school, district, and athletic association policies. Help manage equipment, uniforms, and facilities.
