Position Summary Commerce High School is seeking a motivated, student-focused leader to serve as Head Baseball Coach. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of the baseball program while fostering academic success, character development, and a culture built on accountability, discipline, and pride within the team and school community.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all levels of the baseball program (Varsity, Subvarsity, and Middle School)
Design and implement a comprehensive year-round program emphasizing skill development, strength and conditioning, and competitive excellence
Promote and uphold high standards of sportsmanship, discipline, and academic performance
Plan and lead daily practices, game preparation, and in-game strategy and management
Organize offseason training, camps, and player development opportunities
