The Assistant Athletic Director serves as a key leader within the Athletic Department, providing oversight of athletic operations, logistics, game day execution, administrative systems, and student-athlete experience initiatives. This role ensures the department operates with excellence through strong organization, communication, planning, and execution while helping advance the mission of Covenant Christian Academy Athletics. This individual manages priorities, coordinates departmental workflows, and provides administrative support that allows the Athletic Director to focus on leadership, culture, coach development, and strategic initiatives.
