The Assistant Athletic Director serves as a key leader within the Athletic Department, providing oversight of athletic operations, logistics, game day execution, administrative systems, and student-athlete experience initiatives. This role ensures the department operates with excellence through strong organization, communication, planning, and execution while helping advance the mission of Covenant Christian Academy Athletics. This individual manages priorities, coordinates departmental workflows, and provides administrative support that allows the Athletic Director to focus on leadership, culture, coach development, and strategic initiatives. 1A school 12 miles west of Stephenville, fantastic community support and great facilities.  Position includes: Girls Coordinator (for qualified applicants), Head Girls Basketball, Head Volleyball and Asst Track.  Girls basketball returns everyone, the incoming classes are strong and deep, the majority of them have been playing together since elementary year round, we will be 1A D2 for the next 2 years going into the playoffs. Volleyball returns everyone from a 25-12 district champion season.
