What you’ll do
Identify and evaluate student-athletes through live competition, video, and conversations with coaches.
Build relationships with high school and club coaches, instructors, athletic organizations, and families.
Interview athletes and parents to understand their academic interests, athletic goals, and recruiting needs.
Present NSR’s services, answer questions, and enroll qualified athletes in the appropriate program.
Work alongside the NSR Recruiting team to support enrolled athletes throughout their recruiting journey.
Maintain accurate prospect records and consistent communication using NSR’s scouting and recruiting systems.
Manage a productive schedule of scouting, relationship development, family interviews, and athlete service.

Comfort using video meetings, online tools, and contact management systems.
