The Director will provide leadership to the program and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive, sport-specific programs designed to maximize the physical development, performance, health, and overall student-athlete experience. The Director will work closely with head coaches, sports medicine staff, and other members of the athletics department to create an integrated approach to student-athlete development. The successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder and teacher who understands the Division II student-athlete experience and is committed to developing student-athletes. Northern State University, home to Wolves athletics, sponsors 15 NCAA Division II intercollegiate varsity sports that compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (NSIC).
