Iola, Kansas, POSITION: Athletic Director 12 Month Contract Full-time Position The Athletic Director provides leadership, administration and oversight for Allen’s intercollegiate athletics program, including varsity and developmental/JV athletic teams and other College-sponsored competitive athletic programs. Complete job description on website at www. allencc.edu    QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in athletic administration, sports management, education, business, student affairs, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in collegiate athletics, athletics administration, coaching, student affairs or a closely related area. Experience in NJCAA and/or community college athletics. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of collegiate athletics, administration, student athlete eligibility, recruiting, compliance and student success. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other nontraditional hours as required by athletics schedules.  Salary based on education and experience. Excellent benefits package.
