Tennis, pickleball, and padel are important and rapidly growing parts of the Arcis Golf portfolio. More than 25 Arcis clubs currently offer tennis, pickleball, and/or padel programming, creating exciting opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and career advancement across the country.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Arcis Golf is seeking talented, motivated, and service-oriented tennis, pickleball, and padel professionals for current and future opportunities throughout its nationwide portfolio.
We are interested in connecting with candidates for positions including:
• Director of Racquet Sports
• Head Racquet Professional
• Tennis Professional
• Pickleball Professional
• Padel Professional
• Racquet Sports Professional
Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the position and club location.
POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and deliver high-quality tennis, pickleball, and padel programming
• Provide private lessons, group instruction, clinics, camps, leagues, and social events
• Create engaging programs for juniors and adults of all ages and playing levels
• Build participation and strengthen member engagement
• Recruit, train, develop, and lead racquet sports professionals and support staff
• Coordinate tournaments, team practices, special events, and competitive programming
• Support departmental budgeting, revenue growth, scheduling, and daily operations
• Maintain strong communication with members, guests, staff, and club leadership
• Collaborate with other club departments to deliver an exceptional member experience
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive, energetic, and service-focused culture
QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional playing, teaching, coaching, or leadership experience appropriate to the position
• Strong knowledge of tennis, pickleball, padel, or multiple racquet sports
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for developing players, programs, teams, and staff
• Strong commitment to member service and creating exceptional experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented club environment
• Professional certification through USPTA, PTR, PPR, or another recognized organization is preferred
• Leadership, operational, and financial management experience is preferred for Director and Head Professional positions
