Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach | Quincy University

Quincy, Illinois, Coach Quincy University, a Franciscan Catholic liberal arts university invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach. Responsibilities: •Serves as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with the members of the QU community and with the public. •Assists the Head Coach with training, coaching, scouting and recruitment of student-athletes. •Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements •Manage strength and conditioning program for student-athletes •Oversee pool operations, including scheduling and coordinating lifeguards. •Perform other duties assigned by the Head Swimming Coach Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree •Experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level •Strong written and oral communication skills. •Ability to work with diverse student populations. •Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
