Job Description

Laramie, Wyoming, Basic Function Contributes to annual fund development operations while overseeing Cowboy Joe Club parking operations, ensuring efficient management and exceptional donor service. Duties and Responsibilities •Identifies, cultivates, solicits, closes, and stewards annual fund gifts and Cowboy Joe Club memberships to achieve established fundraising goals. •Manages a portfolio of annual fund-level donors and prospective members, developing personalized strategies to increase donor acquisition, retention, upgrades, and long-term engagement. •Proactively identifies new membership opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and community engagement to expand the Cowboy Joe Club donor base. •Builds meaningful relationships with donors through regular communication, game day interactions, and stewardship activities that strengthen donor loyalty and philanthropic support. •Serves as a Cowboy Joe Club ambassador throughout Wyoming and assigned territories by representing Wyoming Athletics at donor events, community functions, and fundraising initiatives. •Assists with the execution of Cowboy Joe Club fundraising initiatives, including the Golf Series, Annual Auction, and other special events. •Supports the fulfillment of donor benefits and stewardship initiatives to ensure an exceptional member experience. •Oversees football and basketball parking operations, including premium parking allocations and game day logistics, while fostering a positive experience for members and tailgaters. •Manages the Cowboy Joe Club Seatback Program, including sales, customer service, vendor coordination, and annual installation and removal. •Maintains thorough knowledge of and complies with all applicable University, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. •Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years of fundraising, tickets sales or relatable experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of Athletic Development Experience History of success in fundraising or sales. Proven track record of building quality relationships Ability to motivate donors and volunteers Experience with Paciolan or other ticketing and CRM systems Ability to effectively articulate ideas verbally and in writing High attention to detail and organizational skills Team oriented, self-starter REQUIRED MATERIALS:   Complete on-line application and upload the following as one document: cover letter, resume, and contact information for four work-related references.
