Buddy the Ball is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial tennis professional to lead our growing Scottsdale market while helping expand junior programming.

This is more than a coaching position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing players, mentoring coaches, building community relationships, and helping create one of the premier grassroots tennis pathways in Arizona.

About Buddy the Ball

Buddy the Ball is a rapidly growing youth tennis company specializing in introducing children ages 3–8 to the sport through imaginative, high-energy programming that combines athletic development, character education, and fun.

The Opportunity

As the Scottsdale Lead Tennis Professional, you'll serve as the face of Buddy the Ball within the local community.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to expand programming throughout Scottsdale while helping develop junior offerings at Scottsdale Camelback Resort.

This position combines coaching excellence with leadership, operations, and business development.

As the territory grows, so will your leadership opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• RSPA or PTR Certified (preferred)
• Junior coaching experience
• Experience leading clinics, camps, or junior programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
