Performs semi-complex administrative and supervisory program work.
Primary Responsibilities
Reports to the Associate Director for Fan Engagement and Marketing and supports the promotion and advancement of the Bearkat Athletics brand through the development of digital and print media assets. Collaborates closely with the Fan Engagement and Marketing team and the AVP for Marketing and Branding to execute creative initiatives that align with departmental goals, brand standards, and strategic priorities. Designs and produces graphics, templates, and visual assets that enhance and maintain the overall visual identity of Bearkat Athletics. Creates content for a variety of applications, including social media, marketing campaigns, videoboards, digital advertising, print materials, game day operations, credentials, signage, tickets, posters, newsletters, and other promotional collateral. Develops still and motion graphic content for Daktronics video displays, Rocket Motion systems, social media platforms, and other digital channels. Collaborates with marketing staff on animation, campaign messaging, and the consistent visual execution of departmental initiatives across all platforms. Works with communications, marketing, and sport-specific staff to create and execute creative content plans for assigned sports and projects. Designs and delivers visual assets that support ticket sales, fan engagement, brand awareness, revenue generation, and departmental marketing objectives. Maintains and advances the Bearkat Athletics visual identity through consistent application of branding standards, typography, color usage, layout design, and graphic design principles. Demonstrates a strong eye for composition, visual hierarchy, detail, and brand consistency across all creative deliverables. Manages multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining production quality. Organizes, maintains, and archives creative files and digital assets while supporting real-time creative needs during athletic events and other live activations. Supports graphics development for facility enhancements, environmental branding, signage, and other venue-related visual applications as assigned. Requires working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience with motion graphics and animation is preferred. Does not establish departmental brand strategy or creative direction but is responsible for executing creative projects and visual communications within established brand standards and departmental objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervises and manages student employees who support the creation and production of graphic design, photography, videography, signage, print materials, and other visual assets, ensuring all work aligns with departmental standards and visual identity. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. Ability to supervise business functions. Communicates with other University departments, personnel, and other agencies.
Educational and Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. One year of experience in a related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education.
