Assistant Swimming Coach | University of Rochester

Rochester, New York, The University of Rochester is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Swimming Program. This is a full-time position. Baccalaureate degree and previous experience as a college student-athlete or coach required, as well as CPR and First Aid Certification. Candidates should possess good organizational, interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with the administration and leadership of the Swimming Program by providing coaching and instruction on and off the deck during training and practice activities. Duties include, but are not limited to training, recruiting, team travel, strength and conditioning, practice preparation, equipment management, fundraising, alumni relations, video analysis and camps and clinics. He/she must represent the University of Rochester and help ensure team compliance with all NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations.
