Columbia, South Carolina, The Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Fan Experience is responsible for supporting the promotion and enhancement of the University of South Carolina Athletics brand through the development and execution of strategic digital marketing initiatives, fan engagement programs, and game presentation efforts. This position works to drive attendance, ticket sales, membership growth, revenue generation, and fan satisfaction while fostering a positive image of Gamecock Athletics. The position supports marketing and fan experience efforts for all 21 varsity sports, with primary oversight of marketing strategies, attendance initiatives, and game-day experiences for men’s and women’s soccer. Additionally, the Associate Director serves as the marketing lead for the Gamecock Club and Junior Gamecock Club, assists with the development and execution of revenue-generating initiatives including the Forever Garnet program, and helps oversee digital engagement strategies related to the department’s website and mobile application.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sport management, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field. 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in athletics marketing, sports marketing, fan engagement, event marketing, or a related field preferred.
