Lynchburg, Virginia, Liberty University, a Division I member of Conference USA and the American Conference for Swimming & Diving, seeks a Diving Coach. Liberty aims to identify a coach who demonstrates a strong commitment to the Christian faith and to the mission and values of Liberty University. The candidate must also possess a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes by adherence to department and University academic policies and will also be expected to conduct the program within the guidelines of the University and the American. In addition to a strong knowledge of the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA, the successful candidate must also possess an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of organizing, directing, and administering a diving program, including but not limited to: recruiting, skill/technique instruction, and other program related administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach. In consultation with the Head Coach, the successful candidate can also hire and direct a Diving Graduate Assistant Coach. Liberty University is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements:             A Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.  A successful history of coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level. Platform coaching experience required. The individual must have the ability to effectively communicate, direct, and develop collegiate female student-athletes.
