Full-Time Tennis Coach

Technical Tennis Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time tennis coach to join our team at the Peachtree City Tennis Center. Located just 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, our premier facility features 24 courts, including 12 outdoor hard courts, 6 clay courts, and 6 covered courts. Peachtree City has a vibrant tennis community, and we're looking for a coach who is excited to help grow both our junior and adult programs.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels. This is a dynamic coaching role that includes working with recreational beginners through competitive tournament players.
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching adult ALTA and USTA league teams.
- Growing and developing beginner and intermediate junior programs.
- Training competitive junior tournament players.
- Teaching approximately 30–40 on-court hours per week.
- Providing video analysis of player technique and match play (preferred).
- Occasional travel to junior tournaments.
Qualifications
- Current RSPA or USPTR certification.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Minimum 4.5 NTRP playing level.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic coaching style.
- Passion for player development and program growth.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.

Technical Tennis is a dynamic group tennis program serving players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to tournament-level competitors. Our programs support both juniors and adults, with a strong emphasis on player development, fundamentals, and competitive growth. Currently, our team includes two full-time coaches and one part-time coach, working with over 150 junior athletes each month. In addition to junior programming, Technical Tennis provides high-energy, professional coaching for multiple USTA and ALTA teams. Based out of Peachtree City Tennis, we have access to 24 total courts, including 12 outdoor hard courts, 6 outdoor clay courts, and 6 covered courts, allowing us to offer consistent, high-quality training in all conditions. We are committed to delivering engaging, professional training experiences that help players improve, compete, and enjoy the game.
