Athletic Director/Teacher (Dual Contract)
The Athletic Director will provide leadership for a highly competitive 2A Texas athletic program without football while serving as a classroom teacher. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the athletic program, including personnel, budgeting, scheduling, facilities, transportation, and UIL compliance. The Athletic Director will recruit, mentor, and evaluate coaches while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and competitive excellence.
A primary expectation of this position is the development of student-athletes across all sports through year-round skill instruction, strength and conditioning, leadership development, and character education. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with coaches to implement a comprehensive athletic development program that maximizes individual and team success while supporting the academic achievement and personal growth of every student-athlete.
