Job Description

Weymouth Club is looking to hire an experienced full-time teaching professional with a starting date of September 1, 2026. Candidates who have a proven background teaching red, orange, and green (ROG) junior clinics will get top consideration. This person must have the ability to lead large classes. The candidate must also be comfortable coaching adult clinics, team practices, and high performance junior clinics. 

All racquets professionals must:
o   Have 5 or more years of Professional teaching experience.
o   Possess a NTRP rating of 4.5 or higher. Candidates with collegiate playing experience desired, but not required.

o   Be certified through the RSPA, PTR or PPA

Requirements

1) Must be passionate about ROG junior tennis clinics and be able to lead these types of classes 

2) Must be willing and able to work on Saturdays
