Job Description

Saint Francis University, a Division III member of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference, invites applications for a full time Director of Operations/Equipment Manager. The Director is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and specifically the coordination of travel plans and team logistics for a Division III football program. In addition, the Director will assist other University athletic programs with the coordination of travel and team logistics, as designated by the Director of Athletics. This position will have the primary responsibility for the management of the football program’s budget duties, assist with player supervision, recruiting coordination, practice organization, camp organization, maintain and coordinate the management of equipment for the football program, and any other athletic program, as designated by the Director of Athletics. The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the PAC, and the NCAA.  In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University. Eligibility requirement: Candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States.  We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or assist with work authorization. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred.  Intercollegiate experience required.  Communication, organizational, interpersonal skills are essential.  Attention to detail.
