Assistant Softball Coach-Pitching | Charleston Southern University

North Charleston, South Carolina, Summary: Reporting to the Head Softball Coach, the Assistant Softball Coach will be responsible for all phases of a competitive NCAA Division I softball program, competing in the Big South Conference. This position will focus primarily on pitching. Work Performed: On field Coaching, practice planning, recruiting, travel arrangements, budget management, camps/clinics, field maintenance and development of the program within the guidelines of the NCAA, Big South Conference, and Charleston Southern University. This position requires evening and weekend work and travel by bus. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein Experience: Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. The candidate will articulate and model the dynamics of Christian coaching.
