Football (Possible OC)/ Baseball (Possible Head)/ Assistant Elem. Principal

Position Overview:
Haskell CISD is seeking a dedicated and motivated Coach to lead and support student-athletes in Football, basketball, and Baseball programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and character. Teaching field  would be the Assistant Principal at the Elementary Preform admin duties till mid afternoon then come to the high school for the athletic period.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage teams in Football, and Baseball (Possible Head Coach)
• Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and training sessions
• Develop athletes’ skills, strength, and overall performance
• Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success among student-athletes
• Assist with game preparation, scouting, and strategy development
• Ensure compliance with UIL and district policies
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to build a strong athletic program
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
• Coaching experience in Football, and Baseball preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to student development and academic achievement

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to multiple programs
