Job Description

The Junior High Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading and developing the junior high volleyball program by teaching fundamental skills, promoting sportsmanship, and fostering a positive team culture. The coach plans and conducts practices, supervises student-athletes during competitions and travel, ensures compliance with district and athletic policies, and communicates effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff. The coach also supports student academic success, prioritizes athlete safety, and models professionalism and integrity at all times.
