High school assistant coaching positions include two sports.
This position includes the following:
- Varsity Assistant Football (O-Line/Possible Special Teams Coordinator)
- Assistant Track
Teacher Salary Schedule pays based on years of experience. The recent pay raise approved by the Lubbock ISD school board has increased pay starting at $50,900 for someone with 0 years of experience.
+ $4,500 coaching stipend
+ 10 additional contract days at daily rate
+ 14-day Athletic Stipend (= 14 days at daily rate)
