Job Description
Aldine Nimitz High School is seeking a passionate, high-energy Assistant Football Coach (best fit position) who is committed to building a first-class program and developing student-athletes on and off the field. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven teacher of the game, skilled at developing position-specific fundamentals, contributing to a cohesive offseason and in-season plan, and bringing daily intensity that elevates our culture. We are looking for a coach who can collaborate with the staff, invest in our kids the way elite Texas high school programs do, and help build a consistent, competitive standard across all levels.
