Varsity Offensive Line/ Track Coach

Greenville High School is seeking a high-energy Varsity Offensive Line Coach to develop a physical, disciplined, and cohesive unit within a multiple pro-style offense. The ideal candidate is a strong teacher of fundamentals, a motivator, and a culture builder.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop offensive line fundamentals (stance, footwork, leverage, hand placement)
• Teach run schemes (zone, gap, power, counter) and pass protections
• Build toughness, accountability, and unit cohesion
• Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and film breakdown
• Mentor student-athletes in character, leadership, and academics

Qualifications:

• OL coaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of offensive line play and fundamentals
• High energy, strong communication, and leadership skills

Teaching Assignment:

• Open teaching field (No PE)
• Must hold or be able to obtain Texas certification
