Pensacola, Florida, The University of West Florida, an NCAA Division I member of the ASUN and UAC is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Creative Content Coordinator.
This position is responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that elevate the UWF athletics department’s brand, engage fans, and support recruiting efforts. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletics Communications this role will support the creation of digital content across multiple platforms, including photography, graphic design, with a heavy emphasis on video content.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and organized storyteller with experience in sports content creation and a strong understanding of digital media trends within collegiate athletics. The candidate will be experienced in shooting and editing video content while have working knowledge in graphic design and social media optimization. Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization with one year of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization with three years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organization, photography, videography, and editing skills. Strong computer skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of optimizing digital content for social media platforms. Qualified applicants must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite primarily in Premiere Pro. Additional experience in After Effects is preferred.
