Asst OL or WR Coach/2nd Sport/Speech/SPED

Creekview High School (5A) is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven coach to join our athletic department as an Assistant Football Coach with responsibilities coaching either the Offensive Line or Wide Receivers. A second sport assignment will be determined based on experience and program needs.

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes, building strong relationships, and contributing to a culture of excellence on and off the field. The ideal candidate will embrace the mission of educating, mentoring, and preparing young people for success in athletics, academics, and life.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop student-athletes within the football program
• Serve as either the Offensive Line Coach or Wide Receivers Coach
• Assist with practice planning, game preparation, scouting, and player development
• Support and implement the vision and culture of Creekview Athletics
• Promote discipline, accountability, teamwork, and character development
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community
• Encourage academic achievement and leadership growth among student-athletes
• Assist with offseason strength and conditioning programs
• Fulfill duties associated with a second sport assignment

Qualifications

• Valid Texas teaching certification or ability to obtain certification
• Teaching field in Speech (preferred) or Special Education (Possibility)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• CDL or willingness to obtain CDL preferred
