Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration | Nicholls State University

Thibodaux, Louisiana, Nicholls State University, a Southland Conference and University of Louisiana System member institution, is seeking a motivated individual to lead an FCS athletic compliance office. This position collaborates across the department and campus while sharing split reporting duties to the Athletics Director and the President. Working knowledge of  NCAA bylaws, interpretations and regulations, and an ability to communicate this to student-athletes, coaches, staff and other members of the community. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, computer and communications skills with an ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and must be comfortable using various computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Banner, LSBDi, etc.). Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
