Jesuit Dallas is looking for a head baseball coach who is responsible for leading and advancing one of the premier high school baseball programs in Texas. The head coach will need to fully embrace the mission of Jesuit education through the formation of young men of character, leadership, discipline, and service. The position oversees all aspects of the baseball program including culture, athlete development, staff leadership, communication, operations, and community engagement.
Jesuit Baseball has a proud tradition of excellence, highlighted by the 2016 UIL 6A State Championship, along with producing a Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year and multiple Texas Gatorade Baseball Players of the Year.
Primary Responsibilities:
Foster a baseball program aligned with the values and mission of Jesuit education
Develop student-athletes academically, athletically, spiritually, and personally
Lead and oversee all levels of the baseball program (freshman, JV, varsity) with strong vertical alignment
Manage assistant coaches
Implement player development systems that support long-term growth and competitive excellence
Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, alumni, admissions, and the broader Jesuit community
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, equipment, staffing, and program operations
Promote a culture of accountability, servant leadership, sportsmanship, and excellence
Continue the tradition of elite baseball while creating an exceptional experience for every student-athlete
