MacArthur HS Volleyball or Girls Basketball- 2nd sport Track or Spring Tennis

Position Overview:

MacArthur High School is seeking a Girls  Volleyball or Girls Basketball position with the  2nd sport- Open: to Track or Spring Tennis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions 
• Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth.
• Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and school administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Texas Teaching Certification
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• CDL/CPR/First Aid certification. (Must be willing to obtain- CDL)

Teaching Field:

• Math/English

Great Pay!

Irving MacArthur HS-

O Years Experience- 62,618

Volleyball  Stipend- 7,000

Girls Basketball- $5.500

2nd sport Tennis or Track- 5,500

Total:  75,118

+ CDL Cert- Bus pay 

Coaches have added 3,000 to 4,000 extra
