We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and bring value to the program through football knowledge, recruiting ability, organization, communication, and creativity. Experience – Playing or coaching background in football (flag or tackle) preferred C. Abilities - Demonstrated talent in building cohesive teams - Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgment - Good written and oral communication skills - Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines - Organizational skills, time management, relationship building, and communication skills essential - Ability to assist with recruiting outreach, evaluations, and communication - Ability to support social media, creative content, and recruiting organization - Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel REPORTS TO: Head Coach – Women’s Flag Football SUPERVISES: Assigned Athletes, JV Team PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Administer your sport in total compliance with William Penn, NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics), and HAAC regulations and guidelines. B. Monitor and stay within the parameters of the Women’s Flag Football budget. All purchases need to be approved by the head coach. C. Assist with recruiting and retaining student-athletes. D. Assist with film breakdown, player evaluations, and player development. E. Assist with practice planning and on-field instruction. F. Attend Athletic Department meetings. G. Assist with coordination of travel plans with the Transportation Director. H. Be a positive role model for athletes and monitor discipline procedures within your sport. I. Encourage and monitor attendance and academic performance as directed by the head coach. J. Assist with annual inventory. K. Contribute to building and maintaining program culture and standards. L. Conduct yourself in a professional manner and display good sportsmanship at all times. M. Fulfill all obligations, as established by your program, for the NAIA Champions of Character initiative. N. Be loyal and supportive of the Staff, Faculty and Administration. O. Always follow the Chain of Command. P. Cooperate and communicate with the Training Staff. Q. Assist with the supervision of other athletic events as needed by the administration. R. Support recruiting communication, outreach, and organizational tasks. S. All other duties as assigned. EVALUATION: Performance will be the responsibility of the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: At-will employee.
