Football Best Fit/basketball/Baseball (Possible Head)

Position Overview:
Haskell CISD is seeking a dedicated and motivated Coach to lead and support student-athletes in Football, basketball, and Baseball programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and character.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage teams in Football, Basketball, and Baseball (Possible Head Coach)
• Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and training sessions
• Develop athletes’ skills, strength, and overall performance
• Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success among student-athletes
• Assist with game preparation, scouting, and strategy development
• Ensure compliance with UIL and district policies
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to build a strong athletic program
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
• Coaching experience in Football, and Baseball preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to student development and academic achievement

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to multiple programs
